Rating: - Stay Away from this seller
Seller tried to sneak the standard SM58 (without the on-off switch) into my order TWICE. I spent nearly $20 on shipping and tracking to return the incorrect order, had to file a complaint with Amazon, and I'm still out $100. Beware- the seller has no phone number you can call, they don't answer your emails either.

I am not sure whether this was an open box item or not. The selling price was less than the new price on most sites. Have been pleased. No reason to complain about the performance of the item. Delivery was speedy.

Rating: - Un estupendo micrófono.
Un micrófono legendario a buen precio. Aunque ya esperaba un buen micrófono, el resultado me sorprendió positivamente. Excelente respuesta incluso en ausencia de previo y conectado a una mesa antigua de baja calidad. Sorprende también que apenas genera ruido de manejo, comparado con el PG58 hay todo un abismo entre ambos en este aspecto.
En resumen, se entiende que sea, y siga siendo, una gran elección.

Rating: - Good general choice for live vocal use
I upgraded to a pair of these from some cheapie Radio Shack unbalanced connector-type mics I was borrowing from a friend. When used at an annual live stage event, the improvement was marked and noticeable to several non-golden-eared onlookers who commented positively. The specs which state a high end response of 15K seem disappointing to me on paper, but the reality of how good these sound is convincing enough for me. I say that as someone who can pick out a lot of detail in sound.

Rating: - Great for the money!
This is a great mic for the money! There is virtually no handling noise when using as hand-held. The voice quality that it captures is up there with the more expensive equipment.
