They must have changed the packaging plus there was an elastic band..mine were fine and my son has had em before and loved them so I am sure they will be just dandy :) fender :)

Rating: - Good picks, not so good packaging
Bought these for a Christmas present. The picks are fine. The box they were shipped in came open inside the Amazon shipping box and lost some of the the picks through the unsealed part of the box.
