I bought this machine and it was sent to me broken. The company that I bought it from on Amazon would not take it back because I opened it up two weeks after I received it on my daughter's birthday. The company would only take it back 10days after it arrived. I was then directed to the manufacturer. There is a 90 day warranty on it and the machine has been sent back but after many emails and phone calls I still have not had this issue resolved. Got this for my daughter (age 7) for Christmas. She absolutely loves it. Very cute karaoke machine with flashing lights. My daughter loves to sing along to her favorite music, or just listen to her CDs.
